Graffiti Educator for Virtual Team Building Events (Remote)

ABOUT US
Wild SF Team Building is a socially conscious team of empowering artists/creatives, providing meaningful experiences that build connection within companies and teams.

IS THIS YOU?
Are you an established graffiti writer?
Do you have a passion for education?
Are you a fun and energetic personality who can facilitate video meetings?
We want YOU to edu-tain clients on our Graffiti Workshop!

Watch this video to understand the vibe:

(Note: we know some style writers don’t embrace the term “graffiti,” which we use in branding because it’s easy for non-writers to understand. During your session, you can correct the record, and teach your preferred terminology)

THE EXPERIENCE
When you’re leading the Graffiti Workshop, you’re the star of the show.
As you can imagine, corporate/tech teams usually know nothing about the graf scene.
So, you get to school them on how it began with the early pioneers in NYC, hip hop culture, and what graffiti means today.

The centerpiece of the 1.5 hour session is the workshop, where you help teach everyone how to come up with their own tag, and then form it into a piece.

We want you to make folks comfortable, get them out of their shells, smiling and engaging.

SF Tour Guide: Haunted SF

***Not currently hiring for this role***
We’re looking for a creepy, engaging storyteller to join our team and lead our ghost tour! This is a lot of fun, and a great chance to perform regularly for groups of 10-20 people. The tour is 1.5 hours around the Tenderloin/Union Square, and enters some hotel lobbies along the way.
Our ideal guide is a performer with experience in theater and/or improv, and is probably a fan of true crime podcasts, has theories on who the Zodiac was, and has personal experience with the paranormal too.

You must be able to command an audience’s attention and be the star of the show, while balancing acting both eerie AND personable, accommodating guests from around the world. Because we’re in the Tenderloin at night, you must be comfortable interacting gracefully and respectfully with folks who live on the street.

The tour runs after dark (start times are between 6:30-8:30pm) year-round, and we can offer 2 shifts per week, with likelihood of additional public and private tours.

Pay is $50 per tour + tips.

Wild SF Tours is an artist/activist-owned company, and our mission is to provide a great job to working creatives, keeping the artistic soul of San Francisco alive. We do not tolerate discrimination, and are a diverse staff with many women, queer folks and people of color on our incredible team.
